I have three SharePoint web servers on VMware utilizing NLB all three are on the same vmxnic. Having issues with network dropping or flapping with one of the three. All three are setup exactly the same. Never effects website, but kicks off a notification that server is down. Thinking its a config issue in SharePoint and not server. Any ideas?

If you use NLB for three SharePoint web servers, you could check if the service "Request Management" is stopped.

如果未停止请求管理"服务，则可以停止请求管理"服务.

If the service "Request Management" is not stopped, you could stop the service "Request Management".

转到管理中心->系统设置->管理服务器上的服务->停止请求管理"服务.

Go to Central Administration-> System Settings->Manage services on server-> stop the service "Request Management".
