I asked one of the IT team member to provide me with the latest patch level for our Sharepoint Server 2013. He responded with the Build #of 15.0.4569.1506. He also provided the same Build # when ask for patch level for Project Server 2013.  If this is the Build # for these applications, does that mean they only have updates up through February 2014, when SP1 was re-released?  I need to know if this build # should be different, to reflect more current updates? Just trying to get a better understanding of where we are patch was on our microsoft applications.  I don't have have access to server.

That may help (or maybe not :)). You technically have to look at each individual patch to determine the patch "level". It's possible you have Feb 2014 + some security update that does not bump the farm build number, for example.
