I wanted to know is there any best asp.net 4 tutorial i can download in my mobile like w3schools offline mobile app, so i can study on the go. If its offline, its more preferrable and online is also fine.

The problem is to get it off-line. I also had similar problems and did such thick a number of times. As this is just reading of documentation, it''s really easy to perform some Web scrapping to turn it off-line. Please see:

You can relatively easy find some suitable Web scrapping software (please see the link in the article referenced above, but there is a lot more), but I usually did it by myself, writing my own (perhaps somewhat ad-hoc scrapping code). Please see my past answers on the problem:
