It's not that I want to argue negative reviews.  If you didn't like my app that's fine.  But every once in a while I get a 4 star review where the reviewer wishes that my app did something else, and it does do that, they just need to go into settings and tell it to do so.  I'd like to reach out to these users, is there any way to do that?
