I have installed Visual Studio 2010 on my PC, and now i need to develop an application in C# for my project that can communicate with the mobiles so no internet involves. Application should able to get the sms from the mobile which is connected to the PC via USB cable and should also able to send sms to the other mobiles through the connected mobile. So I need this library 'GSMComm' when i download this library to use an alert message pop up and says 'need .net FRAMEWORK 1.1.234 version'. About GSMCOmm's I got from the internet after search about my problem of sending and receiving sms through an application in c#. If there any other good solution for my problem please tell me. This is my problem...
