In these last few days I had an idea for a new Windows Phone application. I'd like to develop a quiz about logos, but I wondered, since I don't want to publish the application for free, if I can use logos, that are under copyright, in my commercial app. I know that there are already commercial "logo quiz" in the Windows Phone Store, but I'm not sure this is completely legal. So, I'd be very grateful to you if you were able to clarify my doubt.
