I want to add a control as toolbar at the top of the screen. But when I touch a textbox in the screen, the virtual keyboard is shown, push the screen upside, including the toolbar. How can I stick the toolbar at the original position when the keyboard is shown?

Based on previous threads, if you create the toolbar without adding it to the main visual tree, and it overlays the main page, it will stay where it is and be visible.  The Popup control could be used.
