PLease provide the solution so it works on Windows Phone as it is working in Windows 8.  IPhone and Android has no problem dealing with this situation and Microsoft says that Windows 8 and Phone 8 shared the same set of libraries.

According to my knowledge ,Yes you cant play two media file simultaneously  , Actually I tried musical instrument app in wp7 , at the time I faced same kind of problem. After search lot in internet ,come across below link. Go through it.
