我已经创建了"New Web Application"使用使用网站集""管理网站应用程序和新网站； .在IIS中，当我尝试调用网站时会创建该网站，并引发找不到文件".我无法追踪 日志中出现此错误.

I have created "New Web Application" using Manage web applications and new site using "Crete Site collections" . In IIS website is created when I try to invoke the website it throws the "File Not Found". I am not able to trace this error in the log. 

请让我知道根本原因是什么.

Kindly let me know what will be the root cause.

Use something like Fiddler to watch the specific requests being made to the file server.  You should be able to identify the specific file that can't be found. 

如果您使用相关性ID"筛选日志，则还应该能够从SharePoint ULS日志中获取此信息.但是，如果仍然找不到它，则应该可以使用Fiddler来找到它.

You should also be able to get this info from the SharePoint ULS logs if you filter the logs using the Correlation ID. But if you still can't find it you should be able to find it using Fiddler.
