I just installed VS Express 2012 for Web.  When I attempt to create a web site I get a warning message that ASP.Net 4.0 has not been registered on the server.  The message then wants me to manually configure the web server for ASP.Net 4.0 so  that the site will run correctly.  I am lost; your assistance will be greatly appreciated. I am running Windows 10.
