In In-App Purchase, is productID and applicationID same or different. If same then why. If I have multiple products then how can I specify different product Ids in dev center???

 They are different. When you configure your in-app products in Dev Center you have to supply a product identifier and a product alias for each in-app product for the app. These are identifiers for the in-app product. The app can have multiple in-app products.  Your app will use these to show your user lists of products they can buy in an app.
