is there any possiblity to deploy a personal app for a long time to my wp7.5 device. If I use the application deployment tool the app becomes invalid after a certain time and I have to reinstall it.

I don't want to publish it on the whole market. The app provides some functionality that should only used by me.

Afraid not. With the exception of Enterprise/LOB deployment on WP8 the only way to deploy applications is through the Marketplace.  You'll have to keep deploying and keep a developer account for that to keep working.
