I have two excel workbooks that I have linked together so when the data in the source workbook is changed, the linked workbook data gets updated.  I keep running into the same problem though.  It seems after a day of them being linked and working fine, when I go to update any data the next day (or any time after) the links no longer work.  When opening the file and going into options to enable the links it will claim the error is that the source is not found.

I have checked the names of the files, and nothing has changed from one day to the next, so I don't understand why it will work initially for me (I have even tested it the first day, closing and re-opening the files in various orders - all worked well) but then claim to not be able to find the source of the links.

The formula I have used is : ='C:\FOLDERNAME\SUBFOLDERNAME\[FILENAME.xlsx]SHEETNAME'!$C$27
