 i want to use a function window.open to open new tap or windown form ie8.
in IE7 I'm can use this function

window.open(\"about:home \"，'mywindow');

window.open (\"about:home\",'mywindow');

but IE8 can't work

about:home是要调用IE的主页

about:home is to call homepage of IE
