Hi, normally on my vista, zip files are opened as compressed (zip) folder where I don't need to install extra software. I accidentally changed the file association to winrar using "open with". Unlike XP where I can easily delete the file association on Tools > Folder option, I don't seem to be able to do so on vista. Could you please show me how to restore the settings back to compressed zip folder?

It is still there Microsoft just moved it on you to make it easier to find.  Depending on what view you are using for Windows Vista Control Panel there are two possible ways to get there.  If you are using the new control panel home you will find it under Programs under the Default Programs Section.  If you are in classic view then you should see an icon for Default Programs there.  Double click on that and then the next screen has a link for changing file associations.
