I tried to update my laptop to Windows 8 Pro as there seemed to be a nice offer 29.99€ to get Win8 to Windows 8 Pro.

Well, this is how it went, the image sais it all (but in Finnish). The text says "We have an excellent offer to your area and country. Please download Windows 8 Pro and get it for 29.99€" Wow, I get it installed right away and click the installer application (Installation assistant). After running the istallation assistant it says "Hahaa, we do NOT have an update for your area or country."

Go back and read the offer. It actually only applies to an upgrade from something other than Windows 8. If you are on Windows 8 when you run this tool you will not get the offer. That's expected.
