Don't know what this error means, but I ran collect.exe and it gave me this zip file called vslogs.zip. Please can you tell me how to fix this.

- Right click on the sound icon beside date and time on taskbar
- Click Sounds
- In the Program Events find 'Windows User Access Control'. Click on it.
- Below that you will see 'Sounds'. Click on the drop down menu of 'Sounds', and select 'none'
- Click 'OK'
