i have one question (sorry for my bad english)

可以自动发送短信(或通话).我将把我的Android应用转移到手机8上.

It is possible to send sms (or call) automatically. I will transfer my android app to win phone 8.
With this app the user can define a event for a special time and the app will switch on a parkingHeater to the given time. But the user don't have to confirm a sms to switch on the parkingHeater.....
 The app sends the sms in a background event......

Normaly i think it is not possible. But is there a way that Microsoft allow this function??
