I wanted to install bluestacks on my laptop. it required dotnet4.6 framework so it offered to download and install it automatically. when downloaded it said unable to insall. so i tried it manually from windows website[ https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48137 ] it said dotnet is not supported in this operating system. my system specs are:-

If it is Win 10, the .Net Framework 4.6 is pre-installed within in it, just turn this feature on from Control Panel>Programs>Programs and Features as below:
