Hi, Sanjay,

The LegacyIAccessible properties do not, in general, fire events.  The pattern exists to allow MSAA clients who liked seeing the old properties to continue to look at them, but if we fired events for them, they would virtually always be duplicates of some other event. 

I'm curious about where you see the legacy Value and not Value.Value - they generally coincide, although you should also watch for changes to UIA_RangeValueValuePropertyId for numeric-valued propviders.
