我们有一个运行了5年的Intranet共享点站点.它主要跟踪项目和作业数据.一个项目可以有多个任务，每个任务下有多个任务.基本上是一个关系数据库/列表模型.

We have a intranet sharepoint site that has been running for 5 years. It mainly tracks Project and Jobs data. One project can have multiple Jobs and there are multiple tasks under each Job. Basically a relational database/lists model.

我们现在希望允许客户有权查看部分作业详细信息和所有作业任务.允许客户更新作业任务列表上的注释字段.

We now would like to allow clients to have access to see portion of Job details and all the job tasks. Allow client to update a note field on the job task list. 

问题:

1.对与外部用户共享我们的SharePoint数据的最佳做法有何建议?项目站点下的子站点，否则???

1. Any suggestion on best practices on sharing our SharePoint data with external users? Subsite under our Project Site or else ???

2.我们不希望外部用户访问主项目门户.只需允许用户一次访问一个项目作业，这只是任务，但提供了作业ID.有什么开发工具建议?我们已经使用 InfoPath表单，但不确定是否应该继续使用它....

2.  We don't want external users to access the main project portal. Just allow the user to access one project job at a time and it's tasks only but giving a Job ID.  Any development tool recommendation? We have used InfoPath form, but not sure if we should continue to use this....

您可以使用子网站. 创建一个组，然后仅将客户添加到该组，为该组分配访问权限，以访问该子站点.

Subsite is okay for you .  the sub sites by default inherit permission from the parent site. you can break the inheriting permission for each subsite ， create a group and add customer only to that group, give contribute permissions levels for the group to access subsite .
