I have 2 questions 

1. i want to be able to include an .exe application packaged in the phone application. i want to then send it to a laptop or computer through wifi and the router or, the usb cable directly connecting the devices. 

2. i want to stream audio or video from the phone to the application on a laptop, computer of other device via the same methods

and just to clarify the sort of connection i want is like with media center from laptop to xbox but from phone to laptop.

I do not think the 1st thing is possible.  The person would have to install the app on there own.  Personally I would not want someone to be able to install an app on my pc with there phone
