I have customer that creates a document in word, then saves the file to sharepoint services. The file remains open in word. From outlook, he then points to the sharepoint file location for this document (.doc) and attaches it to an e-mail. But instead of the .doc file being attached, a .tmp file ends up in the e-mail.
