Trying to basically use a portion of a USB 3.0 as a file system and the other as a enhanced readyboost but instead of being used for pagefiles its used as memory for the filesystem on the other half of the usb. But I need to re-implement Emdmgmt.dll(Readyboost) and I havnt been able to find suitable programming reference to create my own version. Thanks

I don't think Microsoft will provide API to do that, much like there's no API for pinning items on start menu. If that exist it's going to be yet another common target for abuse of commercial products (say, programmatically push all your application code in it to claim 200%+ performance boost while making other programs and Windows built in applications slow as crawling, faking performance statistics in reviews of magazines, etc.).
