Since i change my system from xp x32 to vista x64 i'm getting problems registering a 3-party dll

我已经禁用了UAC，但问题仍然存在...

I already disable UAC but the problem persists...

regsvr32 C:\ Windows \ System32 \ komerci.dll

regsvr32  C:\Windows\System32\komerci.dll

错误:无法加载模块"regsvr32 C:\ Windows \ System32 \ komerci.dll" .....

error: Failed to load module "regsvr32  C:\Windows\System32\komerci.dll".....

我验证了错误，就像该dll不在目录中一样！非常奇怪...

I verified that error is like the dll is not in the directory ! very strange...
i'm able to register on all other directories but cant create a instance...(i think i can't create a instance because dll isn't on system32 folder)

On 64-bit Windows, %windir%\system32 contains 64-bit exes/dlls.  32-bit exes/dlls are in %windir%\syswow64.  As such, %windir%\system32\regsvr32 is a 64-bit app, and is looking to register 64-bit dlls.
