I realize that there are many others who have asked this question and gotten answers, but all of those answers have either 1.not worked for me, or 2.flown right over my head. I'm running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit with 4GB Ram and an Intel Core i3 4000M @ 2.4GHz. I JUST WANT TO INSTALL VISUAL STUDIO COMMUNITY 2015. Every time I try to install it I get this error screen:

Whelp, I officially "love" Microsoft now, since they won't even let me post a picture.

I've tried the web installer. Doesn't work. I've tried the ISO. Doesn't work, and both are straight from the website. I've tried turning off Windows Defender, the only security software I have. Doesn't work. I've tried running it as an administrator. Doesn't work. I've tried using the "Repair" option. Doesn't work. Who would have thought that Microsoft of all people would do such a thing. It's pretty ironic; Visual Studio is software used to make software, but the software itself won't even install. That's almost like buying a pair of scissors sealed in packaging, but needing a pair of scissors to get it out. 

Please remember, I'm trying to install VS because I want to BECOME a programmer; not because I am one. Basically, I would appreciate it if you guys explained things in layman's terms. The technical jargon will fly over my head in all honesty. Below I have provided a link to the log. I seriously appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.

In addition to this, please have a look at the thread, the similar issue was solved by the following ways:

• Renaming C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-18
  to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-18_old and re-run the VS installer as administrator.
• Confirm the administrator is the ownership and full control on the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-18 folder, if not, took ownership and re-applied permissions as full control on this.
