Is there a way to sync all libraries in a web (new OD4B client)?

The OD4B next gen sync client can't sync on-Premises SharePoint libraries yet and you can't use server side code in SharePoint online.  So there is no server side code solution.  Client side would also be a problem at this point because there is no published API to interface with the client yet.  MS is working on a Deployment tool, but I don't think that allows you to specify which libraries will be synced at startup.
