I have a form that has one section that is embedded within another section. I have conditional formatting that is on the embedded form for it to only display when one of the checkboxes is checked in the parent form. The condition works fine in Preview, but when I publish to SharePoint, the child section does not display when either of the checkboxes are selected.  I have four sections on this form and the previous three work with conditional formatting, but the fourth one doesn't.

To hide a control based on values on the form:

1. On the form template, click the control that you want to hide.
   
2. On the Format menu, click Conditional Formatting.

For example, to hide the control that you selected in step 1 only when a certain value is entered into another control on the form template, select that second control in the first box, and then specify the value that will determine whether to hide the control that you selected in step 1.
   
5. Under Then apply this formatting, click Hide this control.
