I have 10 Test cases in 1 Test suite. If First 5 test cases run successfully and 6th test case fails. I don't want the 7th and remaining test cases to run. I want to stop executing the test suite. Is there any option i choose in MTM 2015 to do it. thanks

But I think you can workaround this issue by this:

Create a orderedtest and add your 10 tests into the orderedtest file. Then you can only run the orderestest, it will failed once one of the tests fails.
