Hello, 

I have a created a SharePoint list where one field is Start Date and other is End Date. This is Contract Start and End Date where the contract ends at Feb 28 of every next year. 

Example: Start Date is 21st March, 2018 then the end date will be next year February 2019. if the start date was 21st march 2019 then the end date would be Feb 28 2020. 

I want the users to restrict choosing the end date before Start Date and End date should be the February of the following year as mentioned in the above example. 

What is the solution of this? If Calculated field or Column Validation can someone please share the code?
