I know this has been asked previously but i still couldn't resolve my issue. My development PC is running on Windows 7 and installed with Microsoft visual studio 2013. However the application (MFC) will need to run on a really ancient pc which it has Windows 2000. Due to some security and resource issue, I can't upgrade the pc to Windows 7.

I had some google, i need to build against  using v90 platform tool which it's using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008. Is it still possible to download Microsoft Visual studio 2008 from the website? Otherwise what do i need to install on my development pc to build using the old platform?
