I tried downloading the free version of visual studios community 2015 and it keeps saying access denied, i tried other ways of installing it or "fixing" it but no luck i need help

Error 0x80070005 means access is denied, before the installation of visual studio community 2015, please make sure of the following things:

• Make sure you are using a Admin account. That means you should have full permission to install this product, you could use the SubInACL: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=23510 to help the administrator get the enough permission.
• Please make sure AV software has been disabled and you haven't been preventing by firewall.

Error 0x80070002 often means the file or folder cannot found, could you find the file under the path?

If you couldn’t find the file and you use a web installer to install visual studio community 2015, the instable network and some other elements like Anti-Virus or Anti-Spyware software may lead to failure of installation.

I recommend you could download the ISO file of visual studio community 2015 and see if the same issue happens or not?

To verify the integrity of the ISO file, please use the FCIV.exe tool to check the SHA1 value of the ISO, the expected value comes from here, any discrepancy means the ISO is corrupted.
