I crated a instant of "WebBrowserTask" class in XNA  as source code is given bellow.

I assume you mean "instance". In WP we have the concept of "Launchers & Choosers". WebBrowserTask is an example of Launcher which when shown simply puts your app in deactivated state and an external task (web browser) is now the active participant. If that's understood, your application is no longer the in-charge of what goes on inside WebBrowserTask. Thus, it can't be killed. The user must confirm he is done by pressing hardware back key. Which is pretty much the natural flow and should be like that.

If it would be possible, I'll open a web browser task, take user to an XYZ site and close it. That's for you to understand the security breach. (If someone else however lets me know that it is possible I have highlighted a potential illegal action possibility :) )
