As far as I know all photos taken with Windows Phone contains the time and date when they were taken in their Exif metadata. But, Windows Phone does not offer any easy way to view that metadata. There are a number of apps (I have written one of them) that remediates that missing functionality. Be aware though that some of them seems to have a bug that sometimes prevents them from displaying the date and time even though it is there…
