正在运行Vista和调制解调器，但现在不会拨出.我去了设备管理器，然后单击调制解调器，它表示该设备运行良好，但是当我运行诊断测试时，它出现了冲突?还有网络驱动程序

running vista and modem was working but now it will not dial out. I went to device manager and clicked on modem it said this device is working fine but when i ran diagnostic test it came up with a conflict? And also network drivers
