I found similar issues on this, and it says to update SSDT which will add the Reporting section in the toolbox with the Report Viewer controls, but I have already installed the most recent versions (see screen shot below).

I tried to install SSDT on my pc, I found the Report Viewer controls are not default display in the toolbox. You need to click 'Tools' and select 'Choose Toolbox Items...' and you will see the following screenshot:
