I am using windows 7 with SQL Server 2012 and Visual Studio 2012.  I need to install the Business intelligence template so I can import SSAS cubes from my server.  My machine is a clean install that was just wiped before they gave it to me.  Visual Studio 2012 does not currently have the BI template and installed and I am trying to install it from here:

Since your OS is Win 7, have you installed the SP1?
