What's going on with this error message?  I have a C++ project that I haven't touched for a few months as it was running fine.  Today I tried to rebuild it after fixing a minor bug and I'm getting this message and it won't compile at all.  Apparently some sort of auto-update to Windows 10 caused this, as best I can determine.  I've searched on this error message and all I find is people saying don't update to 10.0.10586 but that was last year.  So why is this happening to me now?

I tried following the instructions to retarget the project.  I have 10.0.14393.0, 10.0.10586.0, 10.0.10240.0 and 8.1 as options.  No matter which I choose I get the same error regarding 10.0.10069.0 which I don't even have.  Also, every time I select Retarget Projects I get 10.0.14393 as the selected choice, so I don't think it's actually taking my selection.
