I am not able to connect to the On-Premise Data Store in Azure Machine Learning Studio.

Although configured with the Integration Runtime on the On-Premise Server, while connecting to the On-Prem SQL Server Data Store it is giving an error that Data Store <Data_Store_Name> cannot be reached, Check the connecting settings for the data store.

Can anyone please help to resolve the issue?

I think this issue is about Data Management Gateway Configuration. Can you please go to your Configuration Manager and try to change another SSL Certificate and then use the new certificate?
