I am aware of UAC and I want to create installer for VISTA machine with the help of Installshield.

I can not help you with InstallShield questions, or UAC under InstallShield.

However, the best choice is to use Microsoft Installer (MSI) or Windows Installer, for setup issues.
the Setup.msi, will automatically exeute its self in UAC elevation mode and install everything.
