我在上个月编写了wpf应用程序，现在，当在UAC打开的情况下将其安装在Vista电脑上时，每次启动该应用程序时都会提示UAC消息.

I wrote wpf application in the last month and now, when it was installed on Vista pcs with UAC turned on, the UAC message prompted everytime I start the application.

I read a bit about this and I know the manifest, "runasUser" "administratorRequired" but it dosen't help me.

My application read\write from the registry, starts and stops services and perform DB actions and I can disable all these functions.

 You can try to use Microsoft Application Compatibility Toolkit 5.0 to evaluate and mitigate application compatibility issues. I don't think it's a good choice.
