I have mongo DB of version 4.0 and its mentioned that data from mongoDB 4.0 can be accessed from python driver version 3.7

Is it possible to upgrade python to latest version within ML studio?

I don't think it's possible to upgrade Python Version to 3.7 within Python Script Module. I am willing to forward your feedback to Product Group to add Python 3.7 as an option. For now, I would suggest you to use 3.5 or you can try Azure Machine Learning Service, which has more flexibilities. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/machine-learning/service/quickstart-create-workspace-with-python
