Is there anyway to download the Performance Counter Rebuild Wizard or do I have to open an incident with Microsoft to get this tool?  We have a few servers that are experiencing issues with the ASP.net perf counters and would like to use the tool instead of rebuilding the counters manually

Of this is an Vista or 2008 box you can use lodctr.exe /r to rebuild the counters.

Alternatively, you can contact Microsoft Product Support Services and request to speak with a Support Engineer in the Platforms Performance group to get the Performance Counter Rebuild Wizard (PCRW) tool that automates the process describedin the above knowledge base article.
