Good day everyone , I'm new at Microsfot Bot Framework and as what I've found that the bot framework mainly focus on building the conversation between Client and the Bot. However, according to my project requirement, I need to build a Bot that can serve both two way as I've described. After I've looked for some samples on GitHub, but It difficult for me to customize it like my plan. So my question is do you have any example or the way to implement the chatting between Customer and Agent when the Bot can't give the right answer that Customer ask?
