I have an issue where I need to connect an On-Site machine to our Azure VM. The On-Site machine is a Win2k Computer that is an RNC, Radio Network Controller, however, I cannot get traffic from the Win2k machine to my Azure VM. All ports required are opened on both ends and I am able to connect other On-Site machines to the VM, just not the Win2k machine. I have been told from a Senior Cloud Architect that recently left our company that there is a way to setup a new resource VM in Azure to allow this, but he didn't explain the means to do so before he left. Is this possible? And if so, how would I go about performing said task?

First, I would make sure that you can establish TCP connectivity. You can do this by using PSPING or TELNET to an open port to the Win2K machine, or from the Win2K machine to Azure (assuming PSPING works on Win2k). If you are unable to establish a connection, start by looking at NSGs, Firewalls, and Routes to make sure that traffic is allowed.
