I am receiving "there was no endpoint listening" exception while communicating with server
(it runs under user context)from client(runs in system context).

I am not receiving exception if both server and client runs in system context or in user context. i am receiving only if the server in user context and client in system context.

Well if you know what localhost means then you should be able to figure it out that you don't have an endpoint listing on 127.0.0.1 where the client is trying to contact the service  that is expected  to be running and listening on 127.0.0.1 -- localhost.
