We're currently having issues with one of our clients using the admin consent link for authorization.

They are currently using Bitglass as their CASB provider.

When visiting the admin consent link their admin is prompted for their username/email (even though they're already signed in) and once authenticated they're put into an infinite signin loop.

Would this be an Azure problem or a Bitglass problem? Has anyone had success getting Azure and Bitglass to play together nicely?

It may be possible that you have already tried the below but I would suggest to try the following again if not done already . The following is the process for granting consent to the application manually. It can also be done from the app registration section within the portal.
