I have a production SQL VM for one of my business application. This business application was using SQL Express till now and we need to now migrate to SQL Standard 2014 due to DB size growing beyond 10GB. Now, the problem is, we uninstalled SQL Standard 2014 when installing SQL Express for this application on this VM. Since we now need SQL Standard on this VM, what is the way to redeploy/reinstall SQL standard 2014 for which I am already paying. Any suggestion in this regard will be of immense help.

No need to redeploy or reinstall. You can perform an Edition Upgrade using SQL Server 2014 setup media:
