I just completed a file transfer between my old XP machine and my new Windows 7 machine. After the transfer, I was prompted to restart the new machine, which I did. After it restarted, it prompts me for the user account password for the user account that was transferred from my old machine. However, the new machine sees the password as incorrect. I am sure I am entering the password correctly - and the password hint is the one associated with the password I am entering. Basically, because of this problem I am stymied and cannot access my new machine. I tried the reset password feature, but I don't have a password reset disc.
