I installed my site about two week ago and this install has turned out to be much like the one that I had before it. The server is not allowing me access to the sharepoint site. Its is a windows sbs 2003 web server that I'm speaking of there is also a issue with the registry that I'm denied access: "Server Error: Error 5 Opening registry key, Software\Classes\.accdt".  This key is not allowing me to change it. During my first week of this installation I could receive e-mails from the server but this also stopped. When I view the report and do a send now it says that it has sent the report but i never receive one. I have it set to send mail to my isp and to receive to a box for myself admin.
